Help Children in India Find Safety, Education, and Hope
Through trusted local ministry relationships in southeastern India, we provide daily care, education, and a stable home for children who need a safe place to grow and be loved.

Help Children India is a ministry of International Sanctuary Ministries
Help Children India is part of the ongoing work of International Sanctuary Ministries, a Christian organization serving children and families in the Indian states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana through long-term, relationship-based work.
What Our Work Looks Like
Many of the children who come into our care arrive carrying stories of hunger, instability, or loss. But daily life here looks different.
Children in our children’s home wake up to regular meals, structure, and supervision. Morning and evening prayer, Bible study, and devotionals are part of daily life. They attend school on campus, learning in English and building skills for the future. In the afternoons, laughter fills the courtyard as they play hard. There are routines. There is accountability. There are adults who know their names.
In nearby slum communities, children who spend their mornings searching for items of value gather with us later in the day. They receive a meal. They learn basic lessons. They sit with leaders who speak truth and encouragement into their lives.
This is not a one-time event. It is daily work. It is steady presence. It is children growing in safety instead of fear.

A Normal Afternoon at the Children’s Home
Every afternoon, after schoolwork is finished, the children head outside together.
Laughter fills the playground as they take turns on the slide, spin each other faster, and invent new games every day. The kids play hard and love life with their new family.
For many of these children, this is the first time life has felt stable — a place where they are safe, known, and free to simply be kids.

You can help moments like these continue.
How Your Support Helps Children in India
Giving through Help Children India provides necessary help for children in dire circumstances through three different avenues: Our children's home, our new government-accredited school, and our benevolence efforts to feed and educate children in the slums.

Why We Do This Work
We believe God calls His people to care for children in both word and action. That calling is not abstract — it is lived out daily through meals served, lessons taught, prayers spoken, and children given a safe place to grow.
We are a Christian ministry, and everything we do flows from a desire to show the love of Christ and to faithfully share the hope found in Him. As Scripture calls us to care for orphans and those in need, we seek to meet physical needs with compassion while pointing children to the message of salvation through Jesus Christ.
Because of that calling, this ministry exists today in real and practical ways. Children wake each morning in a stable home instead of uncertainty. Students learn in English, preparing for opportunities that once felt unreachable. In nearby slum communities, children gather for food and learning who might otherwise spend their days searching for survival.

This work continues by faith. The children’s home depends on daily provision. Outreach expands only as support allows. And our new school — a step taken in faith to give these children a stronger future — now requires ongoing support to sustain what has begun.
When you partner with this ministry, you become part of that faithful work already taking place.
